Dixie Gray is the Managing Broker of NextHome Rocky Mountain, and the person most clients say they didn't know they needed until they were in the middle of the hardest transaction of their lives.

Before real estate, Dixie spent years in human services and child protection — work that taught her to read rooms, hold steady under pressure, and never let the process become more important than the person inside it. She brings that same instinct to every buyer, seller, and family who trusts NextHome Rocky Mountain with their move.

As Managing Broker, Dixie personally oversees every contract, every deadline, and every contingency from accepted offer to closing table.
